Forums - Microsoft - FPS on Kinect. Controlled with just 1 hand.

Here we thought it couldn't be done. Wonder though how he makes the character move forward and stop. Maybe some kind of gesture.

Still, I am impressed. Once again the community showing they are smarter than the developers.

how do these make the hackers better than the developers? This game is clearly not a full game. Games take a while to develop and what you have seen are release games. Again give it time. There will be plenty of games around

That's freakin' awesome. I would also love to know how he moves around. And just lol at the people who say it can't do FPS.

I say that because we have yet to see anything really come from developers yet.

One can't be better than the other right now if the other has nothing to show.

Yes, of course you need a way to control the movement, and don't forget how to shoot.

I see the other has lots of moolah whichh more times than not can help you hire people. Indies will be awesome for kinect, I just hope they show the whole indie library for australia as we are missing out a bit in that aspect. But if ms goes to these guys, "here have a dev kit, xbox can do the same thing" than this could get awesome for the xbox

Also (just to make this clear this is not about you) some people have been criticising the games, there are 4 sports collections now i have been told and the unit was released in november, developers seem to want to do something on kinect... anything. The showing of this support is well as far as i see it, unheard of.

Companies seem to be rushing games out to release them first. It is pissing me off, companies need to relax and release the games as they are ready. Look at motion sports for a horrible example of a sports collection when kinect sports did it sooooo well.

see on kinect you can walk. Walking on the sport could control movement. Forgetting how to shoot wont be a problem if you do it plenty of times.

Pretty interesting. Maybe movement could be made by pushing your hand forwards or backwards to speed up and slow down.

Side note @aussiegecko How do you have ilomilo on your gamercard twice?
