You're mind is really hazy because she wasn't being arrested. She had footage that Saren didn't want getting out, so she went to the Shadow Broker for protection and was almost caught by a traitor before you save her.

From Mass Effect wiki:

"She recovered a file from its audio banks that revealed Saren Arterius was behind the attack on Eden Prime, but possessing the file put her in grave danger. She was pursued by Saren's forces, and escaped to the Citadel"

Sounds like a fugitive to me...

You might want to look up the definition of fugitive. She committed no crime, she didn't escape incarneration, etc. etc.

I think YOU should.

fugitive [ˈfjuːdʒɪtɪv]

n
1. a person who flees
2. a thing that is elusive or fleeting

adj

1. fleeing, esp from arrest or pursuit
2. not permanent; fleeting; transient

3. moving or roving about

fu·gi·tive    [fyoo-ji-tiv] Show IPA
–noun
1.
a person who is fleeing, from prosecution, intolerable circumstances, etc.; a runaway: a fugitive from justice; a fugitive from a dictatorial regime.
–adjective
2.
having taken flight, or run away: a fugitive slave.
3.
fleeting; transitory; elusive: fugitive thoughts that could not be formulated.
4.
Fine Arts . changing color as a result of exposure to light and chemical substances present in the atmosphere, in other pigments, or in the medium.
5.
dealing with subjects of passing interest, as writings; ephemeral: fugitive essays.
6.
wandering, roving, or vagabond: a fugitive carnival.

Okay I did. You are right in the fact that a fugitive isn't necessarily a criminal by definition. However, how often is it used in that context. Gay means happy but the most common use of the word refers to someones sexuality and not their mood.

gay    [gey] Show IPA adjective, -er, -est, noun, adverb
–adjective
1.
having or showing a merry, lively mood: gay spirits; gay music.
2.
bright or showy: gay colors; gay ornaments.
3.
given to or abounding in social or other pleasures: a gay social season.
4.
licentious; dissipated; wanton: The baron is a gay old rogue with an eye for the ladies.
6.
of, indicating, or supporting homosexual interests or issues: a gay organization.
–noun
7.
a homosexual person, esp. a male.
–adverb
8.
in a gay manner.

I watched for a few minutes and had to turn it off.  That was extremely dull.  Ugh.

I'm glad PS3 owners get to experience the greatness that is ME2.  It's worth it.  It's unfortunate, though, that they have to be presented the ME1 story this way.  I see others are complaining that it misses a lot of things and lacks context.  Well I could even sit through more than a few minutes of it, so I couldn't imagine it being much longer.  Bioware was in a tough spot and made the best they could of it.  Regardless, PS3 owners get to actually PLAY ME2, so the end result is very good.

What's the point of getting the sequel when you can't play the original?! That comic was a poor, poor substitute for the whole game.

I don't really care for the artist. He can't seem to decide how to draw turians or krogan.

Why couldn't they make it a real comic, which one needs to read for a few hours. I'm sure that as the story seams to be good, it would have drawn people in. Maybe offer the alternative to this 15 minutes of overview?

Well needed away for PS3 owners to able to make major ME1 decision for ME2. I don't fault the idea behind the comic, it's the execution that was utter failure. I always thought the biggest problem with the comic would be that PS3 owners would lack a true context of the situation to make their decision, I never imagined that the information they'd be given for the decisions would be flat out wrong.

Side note: Also, I don't like way they present the Liara and Virmire Surivivor romance option. They make Liara seem like the end all be all when she wasn't. Despite her knowledge of the Protheans, Liara was incredibly naive about anything not related her research. Her interpersonal skills were quite lacking.
