MS has been using almost a similar marketing tag,YOUR BODY is the Controllers.

looking at the recent situation where companies sue eachother for anything and everything,this should have happened

75 crazy games? thats more than kinect has ha ha, but yeah they have completley copied the slogon, but in all honesty i don't know what could be done about it

I'm not sure if they can sue about that. "Your body is your controller" is not mentioned as registered trademark so probably that sentence can be used by MS. If it were registered then Sony would have sued MS already.

Comparing the two devices is just ridiculous.

With Kinect, you are the controller.

With EyeToy, your body is the controller.

So the whole concept behind Kinect is completely different, and that of course also translates to the games for both devices. Kinect games are minigame collections, dancing, sports and fitness games. EyeToy on the other hand had completely different games about exercising, moving their body to music, playing minimalistic games and making sports.

all those games displayed in that advert are mini games , and at the underlined don't get me started that was a major fail on your part
