This is why sites like IGN are a joke. They go about their "analysis" and only decide to include big titles in their arguments.

PS3 RETAIL exclusives for 2010.

Kung Fu Rider -36 Meta

TV Superstars - 56 Meta

(22) retail exclusives in 12 months. Just about 2 exclusives per month. (10) of them scored 75 or above and (11) scored 70 or above. (7) at 80 or above and (2) at 90 or above. (16) of the (22) scored 60 or above.

Lack of exclusives was not the problem. The problem was that the variety was so varied to the point where only a handful appealed to Greg Miller and if he didn't like them they simply didn't exist.

MLB The Show is one of those examples since almost every year it scores 85 or higher and the last 2 years it scored over a 90% yet it is always omitted.

They need to do their jobs correctly and realize that all games count whether they liked them or not.

Its the US version of IGN did all those release in the US? That is what they are comparing after all

Yes, these are all of the US Retail exclusive PS3 releases from 2010.

Everyone needs to accept that Kinect is better than Move based on what?

Sales numbers?

worked for blu-ray

Blu ray also had majority of the major movie studios backing it as well, opposed to Parmount and Universal for HD-DVD. So it was not soley based on sales.

I explained why in my first post.

These so called "journalists" only like to include the "BIG" titles and exclude the ones they don't consider big and/or don't seem to find worthy of adding to their list.

It is like the Lens of Truth 2010 exclusives comparison of PS3 vs 360. They listed only what they wanted to and omitted tons of titles on PS3. They wanted to make it seem more fair by comparing a similar amount of titles instead of listed all titles for each, which alone makes the comparison skewed. They also, as many do, omitted the 90 rated MLB The Show and instead added games like White Knight Chronicles which scored very low.

They also omitted ModNation Racers and 3D Dot Game Heroes for PS3. For the comparison, which they based on Metacritic scores, they omitted a title with a 91 score, 82 score and a title with a 78 score and instead placed a title with a 65 score.

Gaming journalism is so bogus these days.

What point are you trying to make?   Are you still trying to portay this idea that Kinect has better games for it?   Going by Metacritic,  Move has better, more, quality games for it when compared to Kinect.  Whether the controls are tacked on, or not it doesn't matter.

How so most people are comparing move only games to kinect only games. Heavy Rain etc a lot of them are better on controller so you cant really include them as being a strong point for the move. Those games seem to have Move support simply tact on, hey why doesnt kinect do a mini game for the halos mass effects and other high scoring games... Because those games were not designed for kinect and the controller would be chosen for them if you could.

I am not saying they wouldnt be perfect for kinect, well i am for halo but mass effect would be awesome for it. But MS didnt, they decided to make games for Kinect and get other companies to make games for Kinect, games that will be hybrid will be designed for both.

I have a hard time understanding your post for some reason.

A lot would have jumped on because of sales though, the Blu-ray was not THAT technically superior for a disk that was around 4 times as much data on it

Okay take 2

Move games that weren't made for move controllers but dual shock 2 ie Residenct evil should not be considered move games because they were designed purely for the controller with move simply added on.

MS didnt do this with games such as halo and mass effect simply because they wanted higher review scores, it is the only reason why i can see they did it.

Thus imo Kinect and Move games atm are the games that only use either controller.

Or they jumped on because SONY pictures is a HUGE player and they would have never gone to HD-DVD. Same goes with Disney who was on board early.

So what about Killzone 3, Socom 4, LittleBigPlanet 2, MLB The Show 11? Will they count since they also make use of the Dualshock 3?

If it can be played with the Move it is a Move title. No rule states they need to be Move controls exclusively.

If that is what you are saying I have to say that is pretty bad. I find that to be a very poor attempt to dismiss a HUGE portion of the upcoming Move library.

Question.

If you were to make a list of all the Playstation Move games would Resident Evil 5, Heavy Rain, EyePet, etc... not be included?

If so, does that make them non-Move titles?

If so, how do you justify that when they can be played with the Move?

If they were sold in a shop they wouldn't be with the Move titles?

If so then yes, they are Move titles whether anyone here likes it or not.

Look, anyone can sit here and disagree, but facts are facts and they are in fact Playstation Move titles.
