Im guessing killzone 3 will launch with 200k preorders? Anyways the reason gears of war 3 has more pre orders is because well its gears and there is a reason for pre ordering it. I dont know why but mostly all xbox 360 exclusives get a $20 credit for preordering from amazon, walmart, etc. Even gamestop offered $20 for pre ordering halo reach. As you guys may see gears of war is having a promtion on amazon and walmart where you will be given a $20 gift card. This promtion has been happening since summer? Anyways killzone 3, LBP 2, socom, etc. are not having any promtions like $20. And they will likely not have any promtoions. It seems as if no ps3 exclusives ever get these promotions (maybe its a sony thing?) I will personally buy killzone 3 and LBP2 but i will not pre order them as there is no reason to.

it looks like it! great start for the series. with 200k pre-orders we're looking to see 400k in americas alone.

the same with killzone, if it gets into the 200k pre-orders it'll have a bigger america release with 400k.

Saw the price at their website. I'm not that sure about the $300 price those guys always overprice games and systems.

Cannot wait for Killzone 3 though honestly those pre-orders are horrible for a console exclusive FPS that Sony is trying to build into a mega franchise.  I'm buying mine day 1 and already have it payed off but so far not looking too good.

Dragon Age 2 is doing AWESOME, this game looks like a big improvement over the first.  Gears 3 is also scary considering the game isn't do for probably 7 months still.

And Pokemon has entered Beast mode in terms of sales.  The first week numbers will be insane.

Also Mass Effect 2 on PS3 may well be flop of the year.  I'm usually all for multiplats but Mass Effect appears to have been a bad choice to port. 

But that is specially true for Nintendo(games & sistems) and not so bad for Microsoft or Sony

These Pre-Order charts are so boring when there aren't any games that excite you on them.

Atleast we have a lot of exclusives comming not like the....nvm....

LBP2 will sell as much in america alone  what LBP1 did WW!

And ppl still going on and on about KZ3 and gears america pre-order difference?

where were those comments from the same ppl when GT5 pre-orders are massively out performing forza?
