FFXIV is the worst game I have ever played, it makes FF10-13 look like a masterpieces (and I find FF10-13 mediocre to put things into context).

SE gave me some great gaming experiances last generation and the generation before that when they were Squaresoft. However its been nearly 4 years now without a good experiance from SE and I've moved on. I actually agree with what Hikaruchan (and in my short time here so far I have never agreed with him) is saying, you sounded like SE owed something to PS3 fans which they really don't at all. Its a corporation not a grandmother.

If he confirms it I am saving the video feed and the news reports which come later. The only thing SE seem to be doing right in 2011 is coming out with DeusEX: Human Revolution

If the game goes multiplat nothing is going to happen. No need for any security anywhere.

Stop overhyping the games importance. Its just a video game. No-one is going kill anyone over this, and Nomura isn't going to leave Square over this since he would never abandon Kingdom Hearts. You only need to see comments on youtube videos to realise how stupid and uncivilized people act like online, its all talk mostly, I doubt 90% of the people that post on online forums ever sound this angry, whiny or harsh in  the real world. (I sure don't)

Its commen knowledge that PS3 owners have been very annoyed with SE this generation. The proof is in this thread and many other threads across the internet.All you need to do is read posts by all the disgruntled PS3 fans and there thoughts on SE this generation. So when I said SE need to redeem themselfes to PS3 fans that means they need to buy back those disgruntled fans. In no way shape or form does the word redeem mean owe which is what that dude seems to think I said.

To buy back there fans who are disgruntled and to owe there fans are two very differant things mate.

Not that I find FF14 is a decent game (as it currently is), but I have a hard time understanding why a jRPG fan would consider FF 10-13 mediocre. I didnt particularly like FF12 myself, but mediocre is such a strong word for a title that obviously have good RPG aspects and a good presentation as well as control scheme.
