Forums - General - Vgchartz' Weather Enthusiasts

Just thought it'd be interesting to know how many other weather enthusiasts we have here on Vgchartz.

Personally, I've always loved winter weather, and have had the amazing opportunity to get involved in a weather chat.  I'm finally learning how to interpret all of the crazy weather models out there, which is something I've always sort of wanted to be able to do outside of my intended Statistics career.

It also just so happens the people I'm in a chat with might be able to get me interested in Severe weather during the summer (something I know extremely little about but have always wanted to know more).  Here's to (disturbingly) hoping Minnesota has one of the craziest severe weather years again!

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

Around the Network

I'm weather enthusiasts in the sense of the beauty it brings. Like a fresh patch of snow on an open field, or driving into a forest in the fall weather.

Just out of curiousity, but do you like taking pictures of weather related stuff, or not?  Every time I try to get myself into doing that, it seems like I can never make it last more than about 2 pictures...maybe it just has something to do with it not looking all that special on a picture like it does when first viewing it, not sure.

I would be, in fact I cross a bridge that is perfect for taking pictures of a good snowfall, or a good fall day, but my hands shake, and that problem has ruined most of my photo taking chances.
