Are you talking about the 4th ending because you get both the 3rd and 4th endings on your third playthrough of part 2. Though if your talking about the 15 hour speed run i hadnt thought about that yet lol.

Anyway do you think sales might be undertracked ? 500k combined with two platforms and low price point don't look like sequel worthy material to me.

Bitch please, Square's best does't even begin to approach the greatness of 16bit Enix.  And modern era is no contest, DQIX vs FFXIII typifies what each company's really made of at their core, Enix has survived this transition WAY better... despite that Square moron (Wada) somehow being put in charge.

The only time Square even got competitive was on PS1, and that's largely because (a) they stole staff from Quest and (b) Quintet went to shit.

We'll just have to agree to disagree then. I couldn't disagree more. DQIX is a very good game, but not nearly as good as FFXIII and Square easily topped them in the PS2 era as they did in the PS1 era. I have not played much of Enix's SNES stuff, so I can't necessarily argue those points.

Well shouldn't have expected another one after how it ended and how it sold.  I mean obviously anything can be turned into a large series, but after seeing all four endings of Nier, I'm rather content with how it all ended.  Maybe they could do a prequel though to show how it got to all of that considering it jumps time periods rather rapidly.  

If it's a saga, they could just do one with a bunch of different characters set in the same universe.
