I was walking down the side walk, and I saw a skeleton of a squirrel facing upwards, with its paws stretched upwards af if it was saying "boo"
It also had some bits of meat on it, and the tail was completely intact with hair and all.

In person, I've seen:
-A guy who was dead for about a week. I had to help put him into a body bag. He stank like a guy who was dead for about a week. When we tried to pick him up, his back ripped open and a million bugs came out of his back. I smelled him for hours--I even went home and took a shower and I still smelled him. I do have pics on my Wii.
-My first dead body. I got a call about a 10-46 (vehicle unlock). I go to the house with my car unlocking equipment. Turns out it was a "signal 46" (dead body). This dead old lady died with shit literally around her mouth. Investigation showed that she was actuallySAVING HER POOP and eating it.
-Thanksgiving 2008, worst car accident I ever saw. A lady ran into a tree and was destroyed. He limbs came off, her eyes came out, her torso didn't even have blood in it. She looked like a broken manequin (sic).
I pretended that those scenes didn't bother me at the time but Jeez. As time passed, they actually did stop bothering me. I'm pretty desensitized, now.

Saw a guy when I was working in ED who had fallen off his bike on his way home and 'degloved' his face.
The front wheel had fallen off his bike, he had gone over the handlebars and his face hit the ground. Unfortunately his head continued to move forward while his face remained somewhat fixed to the ground; the result being that his entire face, from the mid forehead to his chin was shifted downward about 5cm. He suffered no fractures or significant head injury and was concious through the entire ordeal. The major issue when he arrived in the Emergency Department was that he was having difficulty breathing. It was initially assumed it was just the large quantity of blood that was poring into his mouth due to his facial injuries but on inspection it turned out he was choking on his own nose.

When I was around 8 years old, I saw a guy that had been in a car accident. He had several lacerations on his body, a huge gash on his head, and he was covered in blood.
