I haven't heard anything about it.  Anything at all.

It makes me wonder if they scrapped it.

It'd be a shame if that were the case, because it could turn into something very interesting

what is it?????

Release it as part of a Wii Fit expansion. There are many different options for it in a Wii Fit context; it could revolutionize the fitness gaming genre started by Wii Fit. I can't think of anything else compelling aside from that though.

5, really? I think the concept is pretty dumb, but Nintendo has a history of releasing things anyways like ROB.

I am not really a "core" gamer and never was one. I never play games for a long amount of time...I think my longest is 7 hours...maybe? Anyway I liked Balance Board, uDraw, Move, and Wii Wheel but I haven't tried Kinect but plan to somehow in the future.

Anyway yeah I like odd and unique ideas which is why I like the Wii so much and Pikmin 2 is my favorite game Lol.

The difference is with uDraw and the Balance Board is that they're more open. You could use the board for a snowboarding game, a skating game, a dancing game, and a fitness game. With the vitality sensor you'd have very limited uses. There's only so much you can do by putting your finger into a clamp to read your pulse.

The Vitality Sensor does not measure your pulse, it measures the amount of oxygen in your blood. The potential to use it for awesomeness is huge!

they should miloed it (#5)

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

I wouldn't call Pikmin 2 odd... It made a great concept and stabished a very solid base for RTS, whiel V.S. is feels kinda useless.

OT: I say we pretend it never existed, or that it will be mandatory in the next Zelda therefore ruining the experience

I think they should scrap it, sure im sure that Ninty will have some cool game to release with it, and maybe a third party game that might be good but  really Ninty does not really support their prephirials. WiiSpeak is done and motion gets barely any support

I'm thinking that it's late enough in the console lifecycle that should a new accessory come out next year, there won't be enough time for it to gain traction and have any meaningful use. I say to wait for the Wii's successor, or maybe even have a port on the 3DS for one to be added in, also? A portable with expansion options poses some interesting possibilities...
