The other day I bought the DOOM complete pack off of Steam and since I hate the controls for the first 2 DOOM games I was wondering if you can use a joystick or at least change the controls on either of these games?

You can get zdoom. It's like an upgraded version of Doom. You need the games IWAD file to run the program. You can change a bunch of things like resolution, aspect ratio, and controls. Enjoy.
