I really don't have a choice Jason West and Vince Zampella and Activision all were in the wrong.
Vince and Jason from what I hear tried to savatogue Treyarch they also were having secret meetings with EA representatives. Knowing EA likes to poach employees from their competitors (As they have here in Canada with Propaganda Games , UbiSoft and Rockstar) I have no doubt that EA was intentionally trying to steal Vince and Jason from Activision while at the same time savatoguing Activision's CoD franchise.
At the same time Activision did not pay Vince and Jason the royalties they owed them. Essentially they were cheating both men out of millions of dollars. Activision made way more money then they expected and tried to renag on their agreement, for that I cannot support Activision in this case.
I don't hate either company though I am getting upset with EA over not giving us splitscreen local multiplayer in any of their recent games. But in this case I am neutral I think both Activision and EA were in the wrong.
