Nintendo hasn't localized a single Monolith game this gen. And Namco has stopped localizing Tales games a while ago...

Then how did Europe play Disaster? And Dragon Baal Z: Attack of the Saiyans was localized in all markets (albeit by Namco).

Perhaps by next gen Nintendo makes the console region free, so we won't be having to install things in order to play certain games. Happy about them making games, but not happy about not getting them
