Hmmm.. Well if you work for GameStop perhaps things are different in your area, but here you have to show your ID to buy a game that you have reserved. I imagine it would be the same for Wii vouchers.
Ah, touche. Actually, here, you don't even have to show your ID, just tell us the name the game is reserved under. But that's a good point. I didn't even think about that. And reservations are limited to the store you bought it at.
