Games4Fun, not even Space Station Silicon Valley or UniRacers? Many people forget that Rockstar North used to be DMA; a Nintendo second party.
Anyway, of course I would want Vice City; San Andreas was good (suffered from having only one Tupac song, and one Eazy E song), but Vice City was awesome with TONS of great music to drive around to.

Id take Uniracers me and my brother had so much fun trying to out do each other on that one. Didnt realize they made it.

They have a storied history. They first began as the developers of Lemmings, which became a classic in its time. Then moved on to SNES and N64 development as part of the Nintendo Dream Team, and a Nintendo second party developer (along with Rare).
They were developing several titles, which generally involved the transfer of one object from vehicle to vehicle; these games came in three forms: Space Station Silicon Valley, Body Harvest, and Grand Theft Auto. Nintendo wanted them to produce games with heavier story elements, and were not impressed with the titles. Eventually Nintendo dropped them, Body Harvest and Space Station Silicon Valley came out on the N64, GTA came out on PC, and later ported to Playstation by a third party.
They were picked up by Gremlin Interactive, and subsequently the company Infogrames. The titles were released, but didn't see much success, but I did get the original GTA, and Space Station Silicon Valley, which I personally felt were very solid games (I actually played a lot more Space Station).
Eventually they were dropped by Infogrames as well, and were passed onto Take Two with the rest of Gremlin Interactive. There they cancelled their last N64 titles (N64 was all but dead at this point) which were midway in development... These included Clan Wars, a Medieval GTA like game which involved the building of Castles, and laying siege to Castles.
They began development on GTA3, Sony saw the potential, and DMA received a strong subsidy from Sony to have it as a PS2 exclusive. They were rebranded as Rockstar North during this time, and GTA3 turned out to the first release of the defining game trilogy of the generation.
The GTA games were sort of like the Wii Sports and Wii Fit of the last generation; everyone wanted to copy them, and they were the most successful games.
