People are underestimating RAGE... and most importantly ID here, christ people, ITS ID SOFTWARE.

Honestly people underestimate what RAGE is doing technologically to begin with. Lets not forget this is an open world game, and on top of it all, NO TWO TEXTURES ARE THE SAME. Everything is handcrafted and unique in the ENTIRE game world. The things RAGE is doing, is nothing short of spectacular. Honestly this will be the game to beat for so many reasons. Heres a vid, a little outdated from last E3, but still fantastic.

The thing is thats alomost def PC game play :3 CGI said that this was for consol's games not PC

You're rules do not state that and if you changed them on whim, it would make it look like you are trying to arbitrarily change them to suit ulterior motives.

It's moot anyway, the sniper section was gameplay.

The Uncharted 3 pic which CGI posted is ingame engine, so what's the problem?

OT:
I think Uncharted 3 will take the graphics crown for 2011. But it will be very close. I see many games coming which have really awesome graphics. Behind Uncharted 3 there will probably be Killzone 3 and Gears 3, I guess.

BTW, the model from Drake in the U3 trailer looks improved from the cutscenes in U2.

 

 Don't know if it reaches Kratos though.

Hmm weather it beets kratos would be a good argument. I think kratos is more detailed but the new drake model is more realistic.

The E3 Demo Video I posted wasn't played on the PC though lol.

IDK, Kratos was awesome

 

And if i remember correctly, the cutscenes in GoW3 are in-game vs the in-engine cutscenes from U2. Is still debatable the whole argument between in-engine with ingame assets vs in-game cutscenes and shit?

I remember a guy from ND that stated that the model from Drake is the same.
