This is off-topic, but since this is a toastboy thread, it won't matter much anyway. It looks like I have won out GT5 second week worldwide sales bet (764k), so I get control over your avatar for a week. Since I don't know how to post a picture on someone's wall, I'll do it here. Say hello to your new christmas avatar:

My mother will be very confused if she see's that.
I saw that coming from ... forever away.

Core games would have to do poor for that to happen. Looking at sales now... they still seem to be going strong. Stronger than ever I believe.
The Wii would get better 3rd party core games if it wasn't a pain in the ass to port a HD game to such a technically inferior machine.

It's a major launch backed by a MASSIVE marketing campaign during the holiday season, what did you expect?
Time will tell in the first half of 2011 to see if Kinect is just a fad or not. Kinect launched with a few good games but the big question is what GREAT titles are coming next? I doubt it will be more than 1 good game per month, which isn't enough to sustain any kind of long term sales. One advantage Sony has with move is that they can easily tack on support since it has buttons and they are doing that to increase the move game library pretty fast.
The question is, is the Kinect sucess going to last?
It all depends on the games that are going to be released on it.
I LOVE ICELAND!
