So,there are 2 things that give an advantage to MHP3rd over Pokemon B/W :

1. It is a known fact that MHP3rd's first shipment did not meet demand,since it was only 2 Million.Thanks to that,MHP3rd's second week drop won't be as big as Pokemon's.

2.Holiday Boost.Pokemon B/W didn't have this at launch,but MHP3rd DOES!This should also help MHP3rd to hold off better in it's second week than Pokemon B/W.

So,what do you guys think?Will Monster Hunter beat Pokemon in it's second week?

In my opinion,it will be very close,with B/W taking the win.

i think monster hunter 3rd will outsell pokemon second week monster hunter 2g are only drop for 800k to 500k

so monster will drop like for 1 m 900  to 1m

Capcom's only planning to ship 3m for December iirc.  4m by March.

Pokémon Black & White was supply constraint too when it hit the shelves. It has sold 92% of the first shipment in 2 days.
