I bet the mystery game was Resonance of Fate, There is no JRPG with a more unique battle system. So

Maybe FFXIII. Last Story added Auto-Battle just like FFXIII.

But speaking about the Environment, maybe the secret game is Resonance or Valkyria Chronicles.

well, EVERY battle system tri-Ace has made is unique so that was par for the course. The mystery game is probably NOT something from Square though.

From what I gather it has a bit of srpg with the "field of play" also reminds me of the Last Remnant. However it has collisions or objects that may improve strategic placing/ options.

Gathering sounds like Taunt so I don't see anything that sounds new from that probably because it goes well with the control of field of play but this has been done with MMOs. I guess it's new for JRPGs?

From the pictures it seems to have the standard swords and magic equation. Maybe they have something else that would surprise us?

Hmm I wonder when we'll hear more.

What I want from a game.

Gameplay > Story > Content > Graphics

Visual Style > Graphics

Smooth Camera, Intuitive Controls

Friction! When everything feels right!
