When it passes those millions in weekly chunks of over a million at a time, its kind of significant. And the Wii has a large fanbase in here so I don't see the harm in this at all.

What I'm really curious about though, is how close to the DS the Wii will manage to be!

Even then, I'd much rather see thread about weekly sales and not LTD. At the first glance, this thread doesn't seem to be about weekly sales but about LTD instead. Do you want me to make a new thread for every other console? I believe they, too, are selling better than usually now that it's holiday season.

You'd be better complaining about all the "GT5 sells x units in [name of individual country]" since said threads have been far more common the past week.

This is the first thread of it's kind I've seen thus far in a while.

That's different. It's not like I couldn't just see the Wii numbers on the front page any moment, however I can't see the numbers of one game in one country on the front page and not anywhere else besides forums to be precise. That said, we certainly don't need a new thread for every country a game's sales are revealed in.

Well the next million will defintly be reasonable, because Wii will be at 80M.

That is correct, but this is 79M and not 80M yet.

Adjustments somewhere? It was at 78.2 million when I went to bed and is not at 79 million after having 590k added.

Seems I was right about the sales themselves (550-600k range) but the outcome was wrong.

haha yeah you were right about the sales, guess I was a bit optimistic though it is at 79 million now which makes me happy :)
