Before you call people out for behavior, don't express the same behavior because you couldn't handle that a game DID have some huge expectations it didn't quite achieve. And really, in the EMEAA thread, nobody seems all that disappointed with GT5's sales, as it's performing above past iterations..

One outrageous prediction doesn't constitute "some huge expectatons".  :)

Woohoo, some of the DKCR predictions were crazy!

Looking at the average I think it will fall short of 150k-200k or so, depending on what the Japanese first week will look like. NPD may ruin everything as well.

@CGI - No, there was only one, dude.  Only one that predicted NSMBWii-like numbers.  The other two were well below.

I find that prediction funny. He said he expected NSMBWii numbers yet his prediction was half a million  short of NSMBWii's over 2m FW. Predictions undertracked confirmed.

Are you guys are just projecting your disappointment with GT5 sales onto DKCR?  Cause I can't see anyone really, truly believing that DKCR = NSMBW in sales.

It was higly delusional to think it would do the same as NSMB Wii. We can arguable say it has half of the selling power of NSMB Wii, as it sold half of what the game did in Americas and EMEAA. I don't know about Japan, it'll problably do like 1/3 or 1/4 of what NSMB Wii did FW.But the game's sucess will depend a lot more on legs than FW.

Was I the only who understood he was talking about LT numbers? (Although it still is delusional it will sell 20 million LT).
