Although I have tried many different ways to game, my favorite still remains to be game pads, I suppose because I began gaming with the NES, SNES, and of course the Genesis. Though I will say that I’m beginning to get really comfortable with the Wii Remote:) Well that's my choice. You?

So do feel free to respectfully discuss your favorite method of gaming.

Traditional and motion

It depends on the genre between motion and traditional controllers

Traditional controllers by far. I don't want to move around while I'm trying to relax and play a game.

I like traditional controls, keyboard and mouse, and somewhat motion controls, though I prefer very subtle refined movements when using motion controls.

No all the above option? Different games go best with different controls.

Keyboard and mouse followed by gamepads.

I think I ran out of room-_-

It's different from game to game really. Some times it's nice to use mouse and keyboard, some times motion controls are better, and so and so forth.

It depends on the game.  I'll give some examples.  As much as I love motion controls they don't work well for a fighting game, racing games need a joystick for the best precision, and GoldenEye has proven once and for all that the Wii Remote and Nunchuck is much better than the standard controller for FPS.
