After having a stint of playing Black Ops in my PS3 (well, my brother) has a habit of freezing after 3 minutes after being switch on. Also showing flashes of blue and green on the screen, am fearing the worst and it is all down to a game I barely played. I have zero warrenty on my 60GB so I was wondering what cause of action I can take?

How can I back up my data? Since I really don't wanna lose my Yakuza 3 progress

Anyone facing the same problem?

Call of Duty Blue Screen of Freeze.... beware..

EDIT: We need a firmware .56 to correct Activision screwing B/C PS3 (or this is Sony plan to sell more PS3's and finishing PS2 once and for all as COD seen to sell to a lot of person... as i don't have plan to buy it, i'm saved of this problem).
