pfft what do YOU know! I think PS2 is to be thanked for this.....they expanded gaming audience big time so it's only natural these sales are thanks to them...don't think narrowly

I also think those ads on Soft drinks led to this..no one can look at those and NOT buy this game

I already have this argument before and I don't want to have another one but oh well. It's a short term and more of a double edge sword. It will grant Sony a lot of sales at first but if the software isn't selling a lot of developers will stray away from it especially the ones from the west. 

Like I said Piracy already dug hole that Sony can't escape from. The Piracy already did massive damage. If it weren't for Japan, we won't be seeing a lot of games right now. Of course I am not solely blaming it from the piracy and there is a lot of factors involve but Piracy is one of the major ones.

I'm not so sure I would say that as DQIX has sold over 4.3 million copies (in Japan) since it launched last year. MHP's best selling game (2g) is at just over 4 million (in Japan), though it's been out for a lot longer.

Not that these aren't massive numbers and all (the PSP is downright frightening), but I think those who thought it would outsell Pokemon BW (and there were a lot of them) should really eat crow, :P.

Oh I now see you guys' greatness and wisdom, you're so smart and I'm so stupid, I apologize for tainting PSP sales  with even the remote possiblity that the measly and lowly MH3 (on the Wii! Gasp!) could be responsible. My apologies.
