It does, much worse than the one he is trying to diss anyway. FT86 is not a bad car at all. The only thing that LP670 SV has going for it is speed.

Save it for something else, lol Unless you really really want it, and even then think twice. Its just fast, it handles like a small building.

I wouldn't bother and save your money for something else. I believe you can get the Veyron for completing the GT World Championship (Lvl 14) anyway.
I'm with the OP. That GTR is just a joy to drive.
The stock car is brilliant but after a bit of tuning and adding some extra downforce, it sometimes feels like it's on rails (in a good way).

Hey I've had a blast with that car too! :D it's my main 80s car! :)
Mazda 787B, best car ever. This 3 Rotor was banned from Lemans because of unfair weight advantage. I have not unlocked it in GT5 yet but I had it in GT3 and GT4.
My Enzo, even on stock and sport: soft tyres was more than enough to take on the GT World Championship against Race Cars with almost similar BHP. It's by far my favourite car in the entire game so far 
Also to the OP, try to gold the Super License, you'll get the GT-R spec V that was used in GT Academy TT demo. It drives and handles like a beast
