Forums - Sony - Who Else Thinks Heroes On The Move Has Potential ?

Three of Sony's biggest " mascots " all in one game ? I mean who doesn't want to see Clank and Daxter face off ? What about Sly and Jak ? Captain Quark vs The Murray ?! I see the potential in this game. Luckily it's still in development. Does anyone else see the same potential for Heroes On The Move ?

Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

First of all, "The Murray" wasnt confirmed to be in the game.

2nd, They haven't released any new info on it since E3.

3rd, The company developing it is very secretive. We may not see info until launch day.

As long as it gets ads, it will sell.

Yes I think it could sell as well as the Ratchet & Clank games that have released on PS3.  I am getting it, from the small bits I have seen it looks fun.

Yeah, but it wont be an instant success. my rational is that Sony has only recently come to depend on its incredible 1st party support.

what i mean is that games like Jak and Daxtar, God of War, Twisted Metal, have only recently become very popular because the 3rd parties are gone. in the PS1, PS2 days you would assoicate Sony with names like, FF, GTA, MGS, RE, GT. my point is that those big names always stole the show, never allowing the other IPs to become very successful. i think we've seen this with Uncharted and Demon's Souls, etc.

i dont think that those games would not have been as successful as they are now, if the big 3rd party names stayed. so i think that now Playstation Move Heros (and those mascots), have a huge oppertunity to forge a new image for the console as mascots.

no one ever recognised them as mascots for Playstation before, because the 3rd party games overshawed them. so i think, not this game, but the next few games, eg Sly 4. maybe a Jak and Daxtar reboot, can change the image slightly, so we assoicate those characters more like Mario is to Nintendo or like Sonic is to Sega.
