Will get a 3DS the day Super Smash Bros launches on it!

And this rumour should come true.....with 3D there's so many possibilities in terms of how the stages would look!

lol, you really think IGN would get that inside info from Nintendo like that.

You couldn't have local multiplayer, which for me is the only reason to buy the game, so I don't care about this (despite loving Brawl).

Don't get me wrong. What made this game fun for me was sitting down with my brothers and nephews on one television and one GC/Wii, going at it and enjoying every second of it. I'm not going to sit on my 3DS and expect the same experience by myself, nor do I expect every one I know who loves SSB to rush out the doors and buy a 3DS to own this game.

SSB is meant for a console. Will it sell, yes. Will it have that same magical touch? I doubt it.

As Soleron said, this is about local multiplayer.

Local multiplayer?  Like every handheld multiplayer game has local multiplayer?
