It looks like Mario Kart will reach 25 million this year. Could this be the best selling non console bundled game of all time? I can't remember if tetris was bundled. Pokemon has multiple versions, so it's not qute the same. Plus this game has never received the platinum treatment, the official retail price is the same as the day it launched.

It's just stunning how this game keeps selling. This game has broken just about every sales record imaginable but it's rarely discuseed and is almost invisible to the press. The sales of this game dwarfs everything this generation, period.

Actually it's bundled, even if the most of its sales were without bundles (about 22-23m). If it reaches 30m we can say it would have achieved 25m even without bundles though.

To further this, MKWii just started being bundled in Europe, so I even forgot that until you posted.

Wii Fit has also sold well (22.67 million) and it would've sold more if Nintendo hadn't put out Wii Fit Plus (currently at 15.01 million itself!)

Pokemon is the leader if handhelds are included.  Don't know the console leader actually lol. 

Well how many people would have bought Wii Play *without* the remote? Not too many.

To me Mario Kart Wii is the greatest selling game of all time, stand alone, regardless of how It's bundled in the future or is now.

Words cannot describe how excellent this game is.

What pisses me off is people that call it a kiddish game. Anyone that thinks it's kiddish try getting 3 stars and 9999 ranking online, come back and talk to me.
