OK, I read it,  I still dont see how it could be considered an accurate number.  But thats obviously not going to stop people from using it

Don't bother.  If people are misinformed, they'll be shown wrong relatively quickly. 

The top 10 wii games with the exception of Brawl and Mario Galaxy are pretty much shovelware... Yet its the fastest selling homeconsole of all time. Good games don't equal good sales, hence why Cod is doing so well.
