He's discussed it in previous articles, you'll have to go search for them, the date is around late September I think.

OK, I read it,  I still dont see how it could be considered an accurate number.  But thats obviously not going to stop people from using it

Don't bother.  If people are misinformed, they'll be shown wrong relatively quickly.
