Can we send her a bill for money lost due to sun related climate problems and sun related health problems (like melanoma)?

You see, the way I figure it is that if she's not going to take responsibility for the damage that photons emitted by the sun cause, then she can't charge people for using them either.

And it's not like we have a choice to use them, we will have to use them against our will (unless we all go and live in a cave).
