Forums - Sales - RUMOUR - GT5 Blue Titanium Bundle SOLD 40K on Day 1 in JAPAN!!!!

Possible Day One Sales Of The GT5 Bundle in Japan

According to this Japanese website day one sales of the Limited Edition Titanium Blue PS3/Gran Turismo 5bundle ( which costs  ¥7,980 ) came in at 40k. The site doesn’t mention sales of the regular version of the game but it does cover day one sales of weekly video game releases in the country.

First day sales for other games released this week in Japan were also noted; including Koei’s PS3 exclusive action rpg Trinity Souls of Zill O’ll Zero which had been delayed from a September release only to find itself under the shadow of GT5. Trinity Souls of Zill O’ll Zero’s first day numbers are said to have come in around 4k.

The website doesn’t proved a source of the numbers so there’s no way to determine how accurate the sales reports are.
