Actually my brwoser has a popup-blocker, I realized that just now. With "fair" I mean respectful advertisement. I believe adblockers are wrong, and I don't use them, but expect websites not to annoy me with advertisements, like blocking content with banners, forcing clicks, flickering animations, fake lotteries and so on. I'm not saying vgchartz does annoy me with their ads, just explaining what I think is fair in a publisher-reader relation. I liked the Trauma Center ad btw, congratulations for that deal.

I've never once had an issue with it. McAfee and Opera do a good job of putting a stop to anything.

ioi, i never get it. I use FF and Flashblock (not adblock).

Maybe it is somehow in a flash ad? Just a thought, but I never get that thing, don't block any javascripts or "normal" ads, just use flashblock to save bandwidth.
