MS won't pay, they will just buy the company.  

I seriously doubt anything will come of this.  The 360 has been on the market for 5 years and this patent infringement is just coming out?   Sounds like Motorola is just trying to pressure Microsoft into giving them some extra money or breaks on the new windows mobile.  

So this was the secret plan of Sony to steal 360's sales in US... Good job Sony...LOL

And not once did Sony stop making the PS2 because of the infringement.  So my point is that the 360 will keep being produced and this will be litigated.  Motorola is simply wanting to catch a break on licensing WM7 for their phones.

No way Motorola is gonna succeed with this. However Motorola can make a HUGE amount of money with this.

No i think that Microsoft tried to take Motorola to court because Motorola manufacter/design the WIFI chipsets for the 360, but Motorola were charging Microsoft more money than other clients for some reason. so MS took them to court. but it looks like they've just said f*** you to MS. 

good for them, MS will have to pay or launch a new console for trying to bully another company to do what they want.

Doubt it... Did you even read the article? MS was suing them first and they are going to continue with the lawsuit
