Under John Rambo's and my dead body. Only if Microsoft does nothing but make a couple of their first party games and the rest is Sony. Don't touch that perfect PS controller.

The original Xbox was waaaaaay more reliable than the PS2, heck you could drop an xbox down a flight of stairs and it would still work perfectly fine. Don't make out Sony are the shit when it comes to HW and Microsoft fail, 1 gen doesn't make up history, remember that.


Pah. My first Xbox had an DRE. Wanted to play Fable but it kept hanging. So the DRE wasn't exclusive to the PS2, either.

My second Xbox worked fine, though.

i just love everyone talking up "sony hardware" when they havent managed to release a reliable console yet.  I've had less problems with both my micrsoft consoles than any one of sonys.

If a giant venture like that would happen it would be between Nintendo and Sony not Microsoft and Sony. Also discussing and argueing over something thats 10 - 15 years away is insane.

I would like to see a Google/Apple/Sony/Microsoft console, vs a Nintendo/Sega console.

What makes you say that? I actually think the Sega/Nitnendo one would have a good chance at winning.

Or maybe I should throw in Blizzard too, then it would really be unstoppable.
