It is untasteful, but the line needs to be drawn. The law shouldn't get involved if there were no actual minors involved like in this case. As a taxpayer, I think my money could be used for something better than providing a guy like this his prison expenses for looking at a cartoon. America does have Puritanical roots and this kind of stuff is a result of it.
