Yes pls. We need core kinect games.

hybrid game?  MS promised they are coming.  can't imagine it would be kinect only unless they want AW2 to flop even harder than AW did.

Kinect Core

Alan Wake 2
Forza 4
Possible Viva Pinata
5 Japanese games
Child of Eden

Core Kinect/Hybrid games coming along nicely

Quick question for people.

Do these "Hybrid" games actually require Kinect, or can you play them fully with the traditional controller if you want to?

No idea, some could, some might not. Depends on what the developer wants I guess.

My 2.5 mill by end of year is going to be smashed by Black Friday then ..

Oops wrong convo ^^

If this is a requirement, then minus one sale. Alan Wake didn't need motion controls to fix it's problems, it just needed a better publisher, a bit more polish and a more varied gameplay system. If this thing is true, then I think it's just going to be time wasted, when it could be used to make sure that when Alan Wake talks, his lips follow along.

Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.

well, i say lets hope and pray this is for Alan Wake 2, i wouldn't want Remedy to travel the road of Rare.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

If they make Alan Wake as survival horror as it should have been, then Kinect could be implemented in some very creative ways, given that we can keep one hand on the movement stick and left triggers.

I'm interested.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
