What kind of games do they have for this?

Also, is that a Wiimote that hooks up to it? If so, since it is possible to get a Wiimote to work on a PC, would that allow this to be used with a PC in the future as well?
Would be awesome to be honest.
If that happened I just might buy it.

I doubt that will happen but their are currently 3 games that use it with many more in the future. Udraw Studio comes bundled with Udraw for $70 and Dood's Big Adventure and Pictionary are sold on their own for only $30 each.

Never doubt the homebrew community my friend.
If this thing catches on there will be drivers created to make it happen.
Also, I love Pictionary, but I won't buy it for that. Hopefully someone I know picks up it so I can check it out. That or hopefully one is put out for people to use at ToysRus or something.

It's not a silent release its just a poor mans release. I watch According to Jim re-runs every night here in British Columbia Canada. I see an average of two UDraw ads every hour. Plus I see some Nintendo Wii ads as well. It seems they are advertising during the night time shows. Its not going to work advertising like that.
As for whether I will buy it, answer is no. The device doesn't interest me and just because something unique comes to the market and THQ tries yet again to make a successful sale doesn't mean I'm going to buy a device I don't want. I wish them luck and hope none of you are dissapointed in your UDraws but I won't be drawing with you.
