anyone who is crying about there precious Zelda and RE4, have yall ever considered that they are ports and it woud be unfair to the actual original games to rank them so high??? there right where they supposed to be, and a Dead Space is a great on rails shooter, thats why its there. Your still mad that they didnt give you a port of the HD game, get over it!!! it might have turned out to be crap

Big Picture:
Resident Evil 4 wii edition had great controls. Since that point, for some reason no developer wants to replicate such an effective control scheme into a game.
In walks EA with a franchise that already uses the over-the-shoulder gunplay in a horror setting. Seems like the perfect match. Instead EA decides to bring a more 'casual', 'wii-friendly' experience. Problem was, plenty of casual on-rail games had already come out, each with moderate reviews. In a library full of railed shooters an RE4esque game would have been huge. That's my initial beef with the game. I'm sure you've heard this before.
It's so much more than that though. In the last two years EA has destroyed any and all credibility on the wii(minus Boom Blox Bash Party...although attaching party to the title was probably a mistake). Madden 08 was a solid football game with decent online. After 08, EA decided to add 'all play' and gimped gameplay making the series a complete joke. After less than 2 years on the market EA then decides to drop the Madden 08 online server. Then after Tiger Woods 2010 added smooth gameplay, the 2011 edition was almost the same game. NBA Jam was initially a wii-exclusive game. I didn't care about the sudden lack of exclusivity, but the fact they declared the game to be a full $50 game on wii, while the HD versions were destined to be ~$15 arcade games shows a genuine dislike for nintendo. EA failed even harder when they decided to scratch NBA Jam online. All this to say, EA has the audacity to whine and moan about their sales.
Would Dead Space wii version have been a good game? We won't truly know, but I'd venture to say it certainly could have been. I think COD Modern Warfare Reflex and moreso Black Ops are pretty good on the Wii.
