Have you look at the Obutto?  With Obutto you can have triple screen at well for PC sims. Obutto take up more room yet doesn't have a pole between your legs.

My set up is Obutto  with G27 with a Buttkicker Gamer 2 attached. I'm using nixim brake mod on  my G27 pedals. I may upgrade to an  load cell - http://www.apelectrix.com/index.html -when  they become available again.
