Too bad you are experiencing lag Max. I have nothing but great connections. The hit detection is sooooo good.
I might agree with Baz about singleplayer for Goldeneye. But multiplayer is where BOwii definitely wins hands down.

I'll post my code as soon as I get the game, hopefully next week...
I just got the game and started playing the offline mode today. So far it is not knocking my socks off.
I have been trying to give online a go and it will not connect at all. I click on Nintendo WiFi Connection and it just says Please Wait...
So annoying, after I went and got the headset for this game to. I was so looking forward to this.
In the absence of evidence to the contrary, always assume you have the upper hand.
NNID = RangerOne
Switch = SW-2393-3671-6907

For some reason you have to create a new profile and then connect to get it online. After that, you can delete it and use your first profile. It should work after that.

Gotta say I prefer Goldeneye's campaign. |
Yeah something about lacking the cover system which I love so much in GoldenEye just irks me a little like I hate trying to find cover in CoD and sight in only to not be able to pop up nor lean... simple things like that GoldenEye just does right.
In online Multi I agree with Uno Black Ops just has all the options and maps and basically all you could ask for, still if it wanted Wii FPS multiplayer of the EVER! then it needs splitscreen seriously. Was playing GoldenEye at the convention splitscreen and it was a blast.

I will eventually get both Goldeneye and Black Ops but right now I only have money for one. Which do you all think I should get first? I know many of you have played through both. Please be specific about the pros and cons of both the single player and multiplayer modes. Thanks in advance!

Well to make it simple
Singleplayer - GoldenEye all the way
Local Multi - Black Ops doesn't have it so again GoldenEye all the way
Online Multi - Black Ops is better than GoldenEye as they have a lot more to keep you going and playing for a long time, as of right now though the GoldenEye online community is growing faster, pros is that community might be large and sustain for a while, but Black Ops should become sizable and with the ability to patch Black Ops on Wii there might will less chance of online being overrun with hackers.

Quite simple, would your friends rather play online, or in the same room? If the prior, get Black Ops, if the latter, get Goldeneye.

How would you rate Goldeneye's online vs. Black Ops?

They are both very playable. Blops has 5vs5 and a much bigger array of options, attachments, challenges, messaging system, voice chat etc. Goldeneye has 4vs4 and a levelling system as well, but is far less developed.
Both extremely fun. Goldeneye has so far been smoother to go online with.
Yes.
