Looking at how limited the track creator seems to be(it's praticaly just an auto-generator) i think that's a 9.8 max right there.

track creator can't be more open as its simulation and they can't build up millions of different thing son a race drack or in scenary with photo realistic graphics

It definately has a shot at being the highest scored ps3 game. A 10/10 however I think is out of the question. What is the highest reviewed ps3 game here anyway?

Well considering reviews on Vgchartz are some of the least biased I have ever seen that would make GT5 the best game ever.  But I don't think they will rate it a 10.
