What are you all whining about?!? He has already said there will be 2D Mario's and 3D Mario's on the 3DS, so stop your bitching.

I'd like to see them take a hard look at Sunshine and overhaul the game for 3DS.  I kinda miss the more "playground" aspects of 3D Mario, we could use a change from Galaxy (which I love, but we just had 2).

I agree. But I wanna see Yoshi implemented thats the biggest thing I love about Galaxy 2. But I bet using the new 3D screen Miyamoto will give us an all new experiance in 3D like we;ve never seen before. I mean he talks about depth perseption he might make the gameplay revolve around the 3D depth.

Also as someone else said why is everyone complaining. Just because a Mario game is going to use the analog stick and likely be in 3D doesn't mean we won't see NewSuperMarioBros:3DS. Infact Miyamoto said both 3D and 2D Mario games would come to 3DS. Just because 3D is first shouldn't get you all riled up. Besides I enjoy both 3D and 2D and I bet you do to. If you don't well you just have to wait alittle longer then those who do. You'll get your NewSuperMarioBros:3DS soon enough.

Well his comments about 3D depth is something he has talked about before. Its just this time in the same interview he directly confirmed Mario 3DS that it will use the analog stick as its main control scheme and such. Its the first time he's actually specifically mentioned that Mario 3DS is indeed in development, and its the first comment on how we will play the new game. Giving great insight into it.

They didn't sell Wiis, so yes they are a fail for a first party company.

i know and I like both. I just enjoy 2D more so I wanted it first. However, with all the 2D loving Wii has gotten cant complain to much I suppose
