Forums - Sony - GT 5 Prologue got 39/40 from Famitsu!

Does anyone know how many vehicles and tracks MOTORSTORM had when it came out?

I thought it had 5 tracks, and 30ish vehicles which makes GT5 prolouge on par with it.

PS Its obvious that people are trying to start a flame war by calling GT5 P a "Demo".

am i right in assuming that damage is still not in the game?

The review above says it's included now. I don't really like damage modeling, I like the cars to be nice and shiny.

If this get 39/40 what will GT5 get?

 Probably 41/40.

I can say since I owned a PS3 and played GT5 demo. It was a good game, excellent on all parts and a must-have for all PS3 owners if they are interested in racing/simulation games.

Prologue is not a demo. It's a smaller version of the full blown GT5 that will be released by the end of 2008. The awesome score just means that the Prologue version is what most companies would release it as a full game and be done with it but Polyphony Digital are GODS, they release a Prologue version that beats all other racing games available... pretty sweet.

Way to go PD, keep up the good work.

What kind of crappy company would release a racing game with 5 tracks and call it a full game?

This *is* Sony's killer-app. If anything is going to make the PS3 take off in sales - it will be GT.

I wonder when GT PSP will be released... Sony said it would be before GT5 was...

...

There is plenty of racing/car (game) competition these days though - I wonder if the saturated market will hurt the sales? Find out soon :)

In fact they said they would give the latest touches to GT PSP when GT 5 for the PS3 was out .
