Interesting situation we have here:

It's Heph vs. prof.

Vanilla townie without a name vs. Vanilla townie with a name.

One of the possibilities that hasn't been pointed out yet is that prof could have been making one of his "clever lies" to trick scum into a reaction and now it has backfired and created this whole situation.

There are three possibilities here.

1. Hephaestos is lying and is either doing a shitty job hiding his power role or is scum. In either case he needs to choke on a rope.

2. Prof is lying and.... well he would also need to choke.

3. SOme vanilla townies have names but others don't. If this turns out to be the case I am going to hate our mod to death, but this is not a realistic option simply because it's so stupid.

Although it's likely to be  a 50/50 shot between heph and prof, I don't want to get this wrong.

Mainly to hit scum, but I also want to stop being so damn suspicious of you so I concentrate better throughout the game.

If Heph turns up town, we'll then have a bigger plate of shit to deal with: You, prof and Linkz.

If I'm not mistaken, Prof made the first claim - that he was a named townie.

Heph disagreed with him. Why would he do that, unless he was absolutely certain?

Of course, the roles are reversed if Heph made the first claim. Whoever disagreed is most probably pro-town.

I agree, it would be an incredibly bold move for scum to contradict a townie like that and for what purpose? Getting prof lynched? Even if he succeeded, he would be next on the list the day after, it doesn't make sense.

prof is the one most suspicious in this situation.

oh and by the way, I'm not saying link can't be scum, i'm saying the attack on him was extreemly scumy  and very probably a plan to take out town power roles.
