Once online, once in single player.

If it's anything like it was in SSX Blur then I wouldn't be too worried, it's annoying but I don't think it will harm anything. I think I racked up just short of 60 hours on SSX Blur and it froze 3 times. That was in 2007/8.

I can't decide whether I like the Heroes mode or not. It seems that the best strategy is not to activate your hero at all, but many people don't understand this and when they do it kind of kills the point of the whole mode and makes it a regular Team Conflict. What do you guys think?

That's why I like it, I usually seem to be on a sensible team who don't choose to be the hero

it adds an extra possible dimension to team conflict though, so it's a good addition, though perhaps the role of the hero should have been emphasised more so they are not so easy to kill (ie generally need a couple of normal teammates at once to kill a hero)

yeah... and there's also the higher point limit so it's not a complete duplicate of Team Conflict even without heroes. But like you say, I would still prefer some more advantages for the hero, other than the better equipment and slightly larger health.

Yesterday I've decided to come back to some weaker weapons to get the XP from the weapon proficiencies, and I'm amazed how different they really are. Way less accurate and stable.When I play with some better players I actually regret not having something better in my hands, hehe...

I had a great day yesterday. I reached level 23 and I'm about to get to level 24. I also managed to finish off some of my combat abilities, I still need to do the insult to injury, injury to insult, and I.E.D. combat abilities.

They are quite a pain to complete BoneArk, i know since i still haven't :)

I haven't played in a few days as the Wii has been downstairs (Wii Sports and Mario Kart with the family at Christmas)

I always get fed up by those "Host quit, leaving game" messages. Just because some fucking child won't allow himself to lose a game all the effort I put into it is in vain. Just happenned to me right now, we almost lost (38 to 35 or something like that) but I didn't care because I had plenty of kills for my weapon proficiency, but no - the host just had to quit. This peer-to-peer system really sucks when playing with randoms. It should be at least possible for the game to pick another host when the current one quits so that the game doesn't have to be cancelled.

I know right, the ones I have left are probably the most annoying. I'll keep trying until they're done.

I am away from my Wii, for at least 2 weekends, so no league for me, but I'll be back to play the saturday 15th.
