Just to be clear, DQ is done with PlayStations for now. Suggesting DQX might go to PS3 is about as realistic as suggesting DQVIII was GameCube bound back in 2003....

I still believe DQX will come out on Wii, about this time next year after an announcement in early 2011.

'Super' Wii however, I'm expecting a release in the first half of 2012
