PS2 number seems like a bad joke on VGC tracking.
Last quarter it shipped 1,5 M pieces of consoles - considering sales of everything are going up it should be doing 80-100k now.

Nintendo must be happy that Ubisoft established an evergreen franchise (Just Dance). Just Dance 2 will sell crazy the next weeks.

360 will be last place in the console war by next year, and I think ps3 360 software is really undertracked and even hardware, I mean , VgChartz just realized there were 1 million more ps3 sold than they thought and COINCIDENTALLY, software numbers match this... What a joke.

yeesh, Fable 3 did better numbers than I expected. That's over 250,000 units higher than Fable 2's first week sales. Let's see if it can crack 5 mil like Pete hopes
Next week 360 should move back into #1 position for most of the rest of the year.
Kinect held back sales for the last few weeks as people that had interest in a 360 and Kinect held off until the bundles released.
Kinect released yesterday of course and the sales looked very robust and not just the standalone, but the bundles as well.
Should also see the Holiday Bundle arriving in stores in NA this week.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

X360 should be above PS3 for at least 2 weeks because of separate US/EU launch of Kinect.

Very good numbers overall. Fable 3 did great.
Next week should be interesting because of Kinect in NA.

Isn't it then rather safe assumption that sales of it in South America, Asia and Africa should be increased ?
