<Snip Norwegian Wood>

I was in Plymouth with my friends once and we walked past a particularly laid back looking coffee house called "Norwegian wood". I really wanted to go in based on the name alone, but nobody else got the reference and didn't see the point of going in...

...That's when I decided to get new friends (j/k)

I wrote it in the OP guys, you can also post there Solo albums so the first one is from Ringos solo career and the second is from Pauls solo career.

@HollowedBeedie, I to like about 80% of the bands you listed.

Ha! Talk of the Beatles being overrated? That's funny. The fab four wrote nearly all their music themselves and created arguably the best catalogue of music of any band in the span of only eight years. It boggles the mind.

As for their songs I think are really great but most people dont seem to know Id go with Lady Madonna and Strawberry Fields Forever. I always sing those two whenever I go karaoke. Got to represent.

Dear Prudence, because the song is so full of win, especially when Ringo starts going off on the drums late in the song.

edit: actually almost anything off the White Album. It's probably their most famous album but none of their massive hits were on it.

Or check out my new webcomic: http://selfcentent.com/

Not really quite sure what's less famous or well-liked.

Strawberry Fields is so trippy (I really love I am the Walrus). And yes it does boggle the mind

@alekth

those are amongs my favorite ;)

I see everyone and their Grandma posting Happiness is a War Gun.

Is it really underrated? I mean, it's an awesome song.

Revolution 9 sucks, but I'll say it's underrated just for the hell of it.

It is awesome, but it's not well known, I mean, pick someone in the street and ask them to name 10 Beatles songs, what are the chances he'd name that song? It's not one of the songs that comes up normally, I mean, it's not Yesterday, Yellow Submarine, Hey Jude, Let it Be, Here Comes the Sun, Eleanor Rigby, Twist and Shout, Help!, A Day in the Life....those are the most "well known" songs by everyone (and thus usually the highest rated ones)

talking about Beatles, Paul is coming to my city this Sunday! I couldn't believe it when it was confirmed, and won't even believe it when I see him! besides the shows that I obviously would never see (The Beatles themselves, Pink Floyd, etc), if there's one guy I never expected to see in Porto Alegre it's Paul McCartney.

my parents were unlucky though, my father had a conference set up long before the show was confirmed, and now both will be in London while Paul is here. my father is even thinking about going to Europe or US once again next year, because of the rumors (I think they're rumors) of this being his last tour. more than 40 years waiting for a show, and when Paul comes, he's not here!!

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!
