I've watched the first 2 episodes and im liking it as i love zombie stuff.

BUTTTTTTTT, my only concern is that this is 'another' zombie tale in which EVERY SINGLE zombie movie/game/book i've known doesnt have an ending!!! Nobody has a cure that'll save the world and bring the world back to normal or able to kill off all the zombies once and for all etc... I guarantee that when the show airs its final season finale it'll end up just being back to the beginning where a person or group of people are still off trying to just stay alive.

I thought of something similar with that dude. I was thinking of bringing him downstairs and slightly injuring him then throwing his ass outside. Now we get to see his angry Boondock Saints brother in the coming episodes. I also though that the black dude could have easily tossed him the hack saw if he really cared so much to free him. Funny, I can't get the image of that guy licking his fingers in Mallrats.

I know one thing, even though pasting their bodies with guts was a decent idea, there is no way in hell I'd be able to do that. I was disgusted just watching. Overall I enjoyed the second episode.

One more thing about the racist guy, first thing I thought when I saw him was Francis minus the tats.

They should of made him a racist but more a wolf in sheep clothing  

I loved the pilot, still haven't gotten my hands on the second episode that aired last night though...

I haven't seen the second episode. I REALLY don't like what I'm hearing in this thread.

The book is fantastic about avoiding stereotypes. Figures that the show would dumb that down.

I enjoyed most of the second half hour 

When the redneck showed up it just seemed out of place with how the show was progressing 

Third episode far better then second.  More character development. Very good 3 out of 4 stars

I really liked the episode but I have one HUGE gripe. There is no way in hell that the dude stuck up on the roof would cut his own hand off before cutting through the threaded rod that he was cuffed to. He even asked the black guy in the previous episode to get him the hack saw so he could cut himself free, now all of the sudden he just hacks his hand off? No way! Other than that it was awesome.

The saw blade did look a little used and warn out but I still have to agree with you

Hell yeah, but in reality you'd only have to cut about half way through then it could be snapped. Lol, I know if I have zombies potentially bearing down on me, I'd be able to cut half way through with a blade that had no teeth.
